Spring’s Beauty

Close up photo of lilacs and their leaves

Bursting blooms and gorgeous colors have my heart singing! I do love all 4 seasons, but some a bit more than others.😉 The warmer and longer days of light, filled with the rising energy of Spring, always inspire me to be outside more. I love to watch the flowers open and expand as they greet another season full of hope, nourishing pollinators and all who enjoy their beauty! I’ve been keeping a photo journal for a while now which is a calming, centering, and creative practice for me. I hope you enjoy looking at theses flowers I recently photographed. Perhaps they’ll inspire you to start your own photo journal, plant some flowers, or get in touch with what gets your creativity flowing!

Do you see the heart shape in the photo of the white apple blossoms? If you’re on Instagram, you can follow the hashtag, #NaturesLoveSprinkles, and see lots of other hearts I’ve seen in nature!

Nature Art Idea!

I was inspired last year by a friend of mine who was creating nature art as part of her healing practice. I started my own practice and am so excited to once again be creating nature art this Spring! We’ve had some wind lately so I was gifted with various flower petals on the grass to play with. What a Joy! Sometimes the wind would pick up while I was working on something, but it was more fun than frustrating! The last two images in the photo carousel below show the wind’s effects.😊 I was reminded it is the journey, not the final product, for me to focus on. And, really…do I think I can beat the wind?! Sometimes I do think so! I’ll use a rock to try to keep something in place, but even then, Mother Nature is going to have her way!😉 It’s that letting go thing that the Universe is whispering to me. Well, sometimes it’s a shout, but I’ll call today a win for me listening!💗

How do you create in/with nature? Feel free to share in the comments at the bottom of this page!
